En daar ben ik weer… Ik dacht dat ik wel even snel een update kon schrijven over de universiteit en hoe het gaat met me… Ik ben inmiddels halverwege het coaching-traject, en ik merk al duidelijk de effecten. Het lukt me om wat meer schoolwerk af te krijgen, me energieker te voelen en wat meer ritme en structuur (die ik hard nodig heb) in mijn leven te krijgen. Ik heb nog een lange weg...

Universiteit
En daar zit ik dan op school. Ik ben inmiddels alweer in week 10 van de universiteit, met nog maar 4 weken te gaan voor de kerstvakanties en de tentamenmaand. Tot nu toe bevalt het goed. De stof is geweldig, en mijn hersenen worden eigenlijk non-stop gestimuleerd. Op zich wel goed, maar ik ben eigenlijk elke dag wel doodmoe. Bij de universiteit heb je telkens blokken van 9 weken: 7 weken les, 1...

Lactosevrij eten
Sinds kort ben ik op een speciaal dieet, zonder lactose (dat zit in melk en in boter). Dat is een grotere uitdaging dan je zou kunnen voorstellen, want er zit overal melk in, zelfs in bepaalde soorten vlees. Ik mis momenteel vooral chocola, koekjes, mijn favoriete brood, kaas en pizza. Pizza mag ik wel eten, maar niet kant en klaar uit de winkel, want daar zit mozzarella op, bron van veel...
